Seized Vehicle Auction, Don't Miss This Chance!
Vehicles that were seized during police operations to combat drug trafficking and other related crimes will be auctioned next Wednesday by the State Department of Justice and Public Security (Sejusp).
Those interested in this type of purchase should pay attention so as not to miss the date and make good deals. In total, 24 vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, will be available during the auction of seized vehicles.

Use
The State Secretariat for Justice and Public Security explained that vehicles that are considered recoverable can return to circulation and are entitled to documentation. Whoever purchases them is exempt from fines, charges and taxes prior to acquisition.
Objects characterized as irrecoverable scrap can only be sold to dismantling or recycling companies, duly accredited by transit agencies.
Form of payment
Each vehicle will be sold for the highest bid price, an amount that must be paid 100% via bank slip, with an invoice issued after compensation. The buyer of the vehicle must remove the vehicle from the yard where it is located within 30 days.
If the buyer does not remove the vehicle, the situation may be characterized as abandonment, with the loss of the amount paid.
Necessary Documents
For individuals, original identity card and CPF. For legal entities, it is necessary to present social registration, statute, articles of incorporation and other documentation in accordance with the legal and tax framework of the participating company.
Sejusp employees and their relatives cannot participate in the auction. Taking into account the restriction up to the second degree of kinship of these people, in addition to the auctioneer or people prevented from bidding and contracting with the administration.
