Have you ever thought about buying a motorcycle? Do you think that the cost of a new motorcycle, approximately R$4 thousand or more, does not fit into your budget? An auction will be held on November 20th with motorcycles starting at R$ 200.

The auction will take place on the 20th of this month, starting at 9am. Interested parties can find out more about the lots and see the vehicles on the 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th and 19th of November, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm, in the Detran courtyards.

About Motorcycles

There are 140 lots, 79 preserved motorcycles, 41 usable scrap motorcycles and 20 usable scrap motorcycles, but with unusable engines that can be purchased by people in general or by interested companies. Those who are unable to attend the auction in person will be able to participate online.

Registration is carried out in advance via the Detran website, observing the established rules and accepting the sales conditions. This registration must be done at least 48 hours in advance, to analyze the data and allow participation.

Motorcycles can be visited by interested parties before the auction

Detran reinforces that the condition of the pieces varies. The units auctioned come from seizures carried out by the agency, in addition to some with damage or removed to the transit entity's yard due to lack of payment or licensing.

Most of the motorcycles remained in the entity's yard for more than 60 days without being searched for by their former owners.

Each lot will be sold for the highest price offered, an amount that must be paid in full by bank slip, with an invoice issued after compensation. The buyer of the motorcycle will be required to remove the part from the yard where it is allocated within a period of up to 30 days. If you do not remove the vehicle, the situation may be characterized as abandonment, with the loss of the amount that was paid.

Who can participate

Citizens over 18 years of age (except for lots assessed as scrap) and legal entities can participate in the auction. The necessary documents are original identity card and CPF, for individuals. For legal entities, it is necessary to present social registration, statute, social contract, constitutive act, founding minutes and other documentation in accordance with the legal and tax framework of the participating company.

Detran employees and their relatives cannot participate in the auction. Taking into account the restriction up to the second degree of kinship of these employees, in addition to the auctioneer or individuals and legal entities prevented from bidding and contracting with the administration.
