The Minha Casa Minha Vida program is an initiative of the Federal Government, which provides a variety of reasonable and accessible conditions to finance a property.
The program is aimed at meeting the needs of families with a monthly income of up to R$7.000,00 (seven thousand reais).
The program has partnerships with several Brazilian states, contributing to the country's development. Since August 2020, financial operations that were contracted with FGTS resources are now part of the Green and Yellow House program, in accordance with Law No. 14.118/2021.

In the program modality, which is aimed at housing in urban areas, allows the following families to participate:
- Families whose income is up to R$1.700,00 (one thousand and seven hundred reais).
The program has financing for up to 120 months, with installments ranging from R$89,00 (eighty reais) to R$270,00 (two hundred and seventy reais) monthly, depending on family income.
